Media Alert: Win £500 Cash and Paintball Day in official Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter™ Tournament
London, England, June 26 2006: Pro-G (www.pro-g.co.uk), one of the UK's fastest growing video game publications, in conjunction with Ubisoft, will be hosting an official Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter(TM) tournament on 28-29 June to celebrate the newly released downloadable content on Xbox 360. XboxLiveAddicts, who have been running tournaments for several years, will be helping out with match administration.
All of the matches will make use of the brand new Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter Downloadable Content, to be released later this week, kick starting with drop-in Solo Elimination heats using the Sharpshooter game type on Wednesday 28 at 6pm. The winners of each game will then proceed to the semi-finals on day two, which will produce eight overall finalists.
On 1 July the finalists will be invited to spend the day at Campaign Paintball, a paintball venue in Surrey, where they will play out the final games. Lunch will be provided, along with free paintball matches, live music, and World Cup TV. The overall winner will take home £500 cash, and the runners-up will receive an array of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter goodies.
